ROUTEPOL

Trade · after the order

Logistics coordination

After the order closes we plan shipping, warehousing and customs and bridge the file to licensed logistics and customs partners. Haulage and declarations stay in their operation. Finding counterparties / RFQ is a separate lane — before the order.

We are not a licensed carrier or customs broker. Partner invoices pass through transparently with client approval. No stock, damage or delivery-time guarantee. Outside admin package checkout.

What we do

  • Shipping plan

Incoterm / route / timing brief; haulage quotes via our business partners.

  • Warehouse coordination

Temporary storage or consolidation — partner intro and process bridge.

  • Customs file bridge

Document list and tracking; declarations stay with the partner agency we work with.

  • Cost transparency

Summary of partner quotes; ROUTEPOL coordination fee as a separate line.

How we work

  1. Brief

    Cargo, route, Incoterm and timing.

  2. Partner assign

Logistics / customs / warehouse profile from our network.

  3. Follow-up

    Status note in your language.

Fees

Coordination is billed as a period retainer or line items. Partner haulage/customs fees are pass-through. No public commission %.

Who it is for

  • Closed trade files

Shipping/customs needs after the partnership lane.

  • Ongoing TR–PL supply chains

    Repeat shipments needing local coordination.

Out of scope / boundary

  • Licensed haulage or customs agency work — with our partners
  • Signing declarations / agency representation (stays with the partner)
  • Stock, damage or delivery-time guarantees
  • Illegal or high-risk consignments
  • Counterparty search / RFQ (partnership lane — before the order)

Coordination scope is set in a written proposal. Haulage and customs sit under the professional partner’s contract; ROUTEPOL runs planning and the file bridge.
