Trade · before the order

Commercial partnership

For a Turkey-based manufacturer, wholesaler or brand seeking a Polish buyer, distributor or supplier: market visibility, shortlist, managed meetings and RFQ pack. Logistics (shipping / customs) is a separate lane — after the order.

No outcome, stock or quality guarantee. Legal representation and contracts sit with our Polish lawyer partner. No investment advice. Scope and fees lock in a written proposal; outside admin package checkout.

What we do

  • Discovery briefing

Product, channel, language, volume band, timing. Output: a short PL market-visibility note.

  • Counterparty shortlist

5–15 candidates with role context. No independent diligence or credit rating.

  • Meeting desk

Introductions, language bridge, agenda and minutes summary. Not legal representation.

  • RFQ compilation

Relay price requests from the brief and a comparable summary.

  • Pre-deal checklist

Commercial points list; contracts and notary go to the lawyer partner.

How we work

  1. Discover

Sales or supply direction, product and timing.

  2. Scope

Line items and fees lock in a written proposal.

  3. Deliver

Report, list or price pack — in your language.

Fees

Discovery and line items are invoiced from a written proposal. No public commission %. Optional success fee only in a signed contract.

Who it is for

  • Manufacturer, wholesaler, brand

TR companies seeking a channel or buyer in Poland.

  • Overseas Turkish companies

Entering the PL market from the EU or elsewhere.

Out of scope / boundary

  • Legal practice, bookkeeping and company registration — with our lawyer / accounting partners
  • Stock, quality or outcome guarantees
  • Buying commitments on behalf of a buyer
  • Investment advice
  • Shipping / customs execution (logistics lane — after the order)

Scope, fees and liability are set in a written proposal or contract. Final commercial commitment is yours. Law and registration with professional partners; haulage and customs sit on the logistics lane.
