ROUTEPOL process fee. Registry / stamp fees and lawyer fees are yours.
Invitation — briefing
- Who
- The inviting party (zapraszający) files (Foreigners Act art. 49): a Polish citizen living in Poland; an EU/EFTA/Swiss citizen or family member with a right of stay in Poland; a foreigner with 5 years’ lawful continuous stay or permanent / EU long-term status; a legal person or unit with a seat in Poland. The invited foreigner does not as a rule open this wpis.
- Wpis
- The form goes to the voivode of the inviter’s residence or seat (in person, post or e-Doręczenia), with proof of means, housing title and stamp duty. The voivode enters the invitation in the register or refuses. This is not a MOS residence filing.
- After
- After a positive wpis the printed invitation is collected. UDSC: an invitation is not a visa, residence title or work permit; the visa decision sits with the consulate. No wpis or visa guarantee. A residence card is a separate MOS process.
